A once Belgian “spitz” commercial barge, Meanderer was converted from its 1948 original vessel to a luxury hotel barge in 1992. With three staterooms, holding a maximum of six people on board, you have an intimate gathering with a few new friends, or you can charter the whole barge yourself.
Our newly decorated salon is the best place to plan your next excursion or to reminisce about the one you were just on. Whether that’s a bike trip throughout a beautiful town or a walk through the countryside, there are daily activities planned for you. The salon is also a great place to enjoy an afternoon glass of wine while waiting on dinner to be served!
If you would just like to relax and have the wait staff pamper you, check out the outdoor heated spa-pool on our teak covered sundeck. You can take in the ever-changing views and the crew will be there to meet your every need.

The menu represents the renowned dining experience that France is known for. The meals are made with only the freshest ingredients with an exquisite presentation for you. The chef shops daily in the markets and menus can be adjusted to accommodate all dietary needs.
Also, the food wouldn’t be anything without a delicious wine pairing to accompany it! Only the finest wines are chosen by our chef which represent the best of France and the best accompaniment of the meal you are eating.
